Order Lifecycle Explained
Every customer order goes through the following stages:
Pending → Processing → Shipped → Delivered
Status definitions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order placed, payment not yet confirmed |
| Processing | Payment confirmed, prepare for shipment |
| Shipped | Order dispatched |
| Delivered | Customer confirmed receipt |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled before shipment |
| Refunded | Refund issued to the customer |
Your responsibility
Once an order moves to Processing, pack the item and mark it as Shipped with a tracking number as soon as possible.
