How Payouts Work
Payouts are the settlements you receive from the marketplace after the platform commission is deducted.
Payout formula
Net Payout = Order Revenue − Platform Commission
Settlement cycle
Your settlement cycle (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) is configured by the marketplace admin. You can see your cycle on your dashboard stats.
Payout statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Payout is being calculated |
| Processing | Bank transfer initiated |
| Paid | Funds received in your account |
| Failed | Transfer failed — contact support |

Ensure your bank account details are up to date in your profile to avoid payout delays.
